Cross‑functional UX, product, and operations leader

Over a decade managing products and project teams. Master's degree in UX Design. I work at the intersection of research, strategy, and execution to solve real problems.

The path from operations to design

My Story

I started in operations and project management, learning how organizations really work. Over time that work pulled me into product, and then into UX research and design, first informally and later through a master’s degree at the Maryland Institute College of Arts.

That mix matters because I understand constraints, know how to ship, and how to keep the work anchored in human‑centered thinking.

What I Do Well

My Skills

I've spent a decade learning how teams ship products and how people actually use them. That experience shapes everything I do now.

  • Operations and project management leader with 10+ years directing 50+ creative projects ($50K–$2M budgets), achieving 95% on-time delivery through end-to-end execution, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, timeline/budget management, risk mitigation, using enterprise PM platform like Asana, Jira, ClickUp, and Monday.com).

  • UX Design MPS graduate with hands-on expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, quantitative analysis), usability testing, journey mapping, competitive analysis, wire-framing, high-fidelity prototyping, design thinking processes, and iterative design refinement.

  • Expertise in workflow optimization, process mapping, change management, data-driven operations, and systems implementation, including resource forecasting/staffing models and operational best practices that enhance team efficiency across creative studios and marketing teams.

  • Proven cross-functional team leadership (creative studios, UX teams, marketing), mentoring producers, executive communication, and stakeholder coordination across seniority levels for clients like Apple, MasterClass, and Sephora, with project discovery workshops and strategic alignment.
